  • Kitchen and its surrounding must be clean always and it should be ceased from insects, rats and your pets too
  • All equipment use for cooking, surface of the tables, serviettes should clean after using in the kitchen
  • Especially the knife should be cleaned after using it for cut fish and meat
  • Waste of the kitchen must remove properly. Because of those rats, flies are easily spreading and organism those spoiling foods can be easily spread
  • It’s better cutting nails short and keeping the fingers and hands clean before you engage. Do not engage if you have any wounds in the hand
  • Clean your hands well after using toilets and bathrooms
  • You should dry all the jars use for cooking because fungus are spreading in the wet jars easily (especially inside clay jars and pots)
  • Clean your hands before and after preparation and wear clean suits when preparing foods

Also remember to wash them well before you use them for preparation. That’s because who know what poisons are used for them. So be careful guys. Food preservatives can prevent foods from spoiling and remove organism that can be toxic in the foods.              Freezed meat and chicken should be unfreezed before using for cooking. You know what I mean. You have to wait until the cool goes down. Cook quickly those foods spoil quickly. Here is a special point. You have to cook well meat, chicken, fish and eggs especially for destroying the harmful organism in them.

             This is a mistake everybody do these days for build up their body. Do not take raw eggs as your sub meal. You can easily diseased infections like salmonella by these raw eggs. Benefit of cooked eggs is their proteins are easily digesting. Soya beans are also a high protein food. By cooking them well you can easily get all the proteins your body needs. Here is another thing about soya beans. Before cooking, by soaking it well in water, you can remove a toxic named ‘flatulent’ from them. It’s better you do that
